The remainder is carried by the rear axle of the tow vehicle, since the pin weight of a 5th wheel is typically 20% of the GVWR, the axles are properly rated for your RV.

I can definitely help point you in the right direction. Axles and hubs are not custom fit, so we do not have a way to know axle/hub specs just by looking up a year, make and model. If only it were so easy right?
That being said, the online owners manual for a 2015 Keystone Hideout 27DBS shows a GVWR of 7,865 lbs and a body width of 96". So it stands to reason that you likely have a pair of 3,500 lb axles underneath.

You have a 4400 lb axle. As long as your axle wasn't manufactured by AL-KO, you'll want to use the Dexter # 8-407-5UC3-EZ which is a 10 inch hub/drum with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern that uses the L68149 inner and LM67048 outer bearing and the 10-19 grease seal. The hub/drum includes the bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap and lug nuts.

If you are replacing your brake shoes I recommend upgrading to the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # K23-478-479 this will eliminate the need for you to manually adjust your brakes every 3,000 miles. Yes; this could potentially be an issue with the solenoid and there is a way to test whether or not this is the cause of the issues. What you'll need to do is switch the wiring between the two cylinders to see if the same thing happens, but in reverse, which would indicate the solenoid being the problem.
